- Discount will be given for extra books purchase according to Diamond or Diamond Pre-Payment benefits, but will not entitled to the sample package refund.
- All sample books are not returnable, exchangeable, and refundable.
(Except for defect part of it) - Nett sales target will be taken into consideration for all purchases done at Dealer, Diamond, Diamond Pre-Payment prices ) as stated in the pricelist). It excludes special prices, project proces, showroom display prices given, sample book, indent / air freight items, transportation charges, and clearance purchases. Valid for sales invoices dated from 1st Jan to 31st Dec 2023).
